Former Nacada boss John Mututho may be a man in regret on how his son failed to follow his steps and instead joined fraudsters and thieves squad in the country.
Apart from having other charges in Kibera Court, he has been charged with three separate files of obtaining over Sh 18 million by falsely pretending that he was in position to import vehicles to his clients. 
In the first case Martin Munene Njenga has denied defrauding Sh 8 million pretending he could import a motor vehicle to his client. He was first charged on October 14,2023 before Milimani chief magistrate Lucas Onyina who ordered him to be released o case bail of Sh 100,000 pending the hearing and determination of the case.
Other two separate files, Martin was charged with obtaining money by false pretences before Milimani senior principal magistrate Gilbert Shikwe who released him on bail of Sh 500,000 in each file.
