The matter in which the son of the former NACADA chairman and Naivasha member of parliament John Mututho,Martin Munene Njenga has been withdrawn,
The matter which was coming up for pre trial on Thursday before Milimani magistrate Esther Kimulu was withdrawn after the complainant told the court that they have recovered the alleged stolen vehicle.
“we have recovered the vehicle and it’s at Kilimani police station,that vehicle was to be sold within a specific period but the accused went missing forcing me to report the matter to the police promoting to his arrest”Said the complainant.
Munene was charged on the 26th of October for stealing motor vehicle worth 5.8 million shillings the property of Peter Onyango.
Munene who is facing serious fraud cases within Milimani law courts and Kibera was immediately rearrested at Milimani over another fraud case that is yet to be know.
In the matter Munene was out on a cash bail of 500 Kenyan shillings.
