Rogue Governor Sakaja’s pointman Osman Khalif now impersonating county employee, Leaders want him arrested

A political pointman of Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja has been accused of impersonating senior County employees.

The reps want the police to arrest Osman Khalif whom they also accused of harassing County employees and ordering them around.

They said Khalif has also been using unprintable words against members of the public.

In a notice of motion, Eastleigh Airbase MCA Fuad Hussein asked the County secretary Patrick Analo to issue a comprehensive statement within 21 days on the roles of Khalif in the County.

The reps said Khalif should be barred from setting foot at City Hall.

“Let Osman Khalif stop operating within the county Government hierarchy until the Public service board and the County Secretary clearly outline his roles,” Fuad said.

Makongeni Ward Rep who doubles up as the majority leader Peter Imwatok during the plenary session on Wednesday afternoon asked the staff and public to ignore all the orders being issued by Osman.

“The County staff and the Public are tired of intimidation, harassment, irregular suspension, deployment and suspension hence Osman must stop frustrating them.” he said.
