A Cyprus National accused of touching the breasts and buttocks of a casual laborer in Parklands has been charged in court.
Christais Erotokriton was arraigned and charged before senior principal magistrate Phillip Mutua where he denied the charges.
He is accused of touching Caroline Lano Dunde breasts and buttocks on February 18,2023 in Parklands Road 39 areas in Westland’s Sub- County within Nairobi County intentionally and unlawfully touched the buttocks and breasts with his hands contrary to the sexual offences act.
The prosecution had urged the court to deny him bond on the ground that he was a flight risk.
Through his lawyers, the accused person urged the court to grant the accused person a lenient cash bail on the ground that he was not a flight risk.
He is out on Sh200,000 bond with the surety of the same amount.
