Contraversial Rubi William Moss a manager and founder of Rubi Foundation charged with Sh9 Million Fraud

Rubi William Moss a manager and founder of Rubi Foundation has been charged at Milimani Law Courts with obtaining goods worth Sh 9.7Million while pretending that she would pay.

The court was informed that on diverse dates between December 21 and December 23,2022 at Industrial area Within Nairobi County jointly with others not before the court, being the president manager and founder of Rubi foundation with intent to defraud obtained from Grainora limited 5000 bales of 2kg maize flour valued at Sh 9,750,000 y falsely pretending she was in a position to pay knowing it was not true.

Rubi William Moss appeared before Milimani Chief Magistrate Lukas Onyina and denied charge.

Rubi is accused of fraudulently obtaining 5000 bales of flour valued at Sh9,750,000 from Grainors limited, by falsely pretending that he was in a position pay.

The court heard that he committed the offence on diverse dates between December 21 and 23, 2022.

It is alleged that he committed the offence at Industrial area in Nairobi with others not before court, being the president, manager and founder of Rubi foundation.

He was released on a bond of Sh1 million or alternative cash bail of Sh500,000
