Eric Munene Mate, a man in land fraud must be charged with fraud as the evidence that makes him a fraudster is overwhelming.
This is according to the Directorate of Public Prosecution’s directive after he successfully perused the file placed before him.

His accomplice Mr. Kelvin Mugambi Muthe will also be charged tomorrow at the busy Milimani Courts.
The chargesheet in our possession shows that that the two suspected criminals will be charged together.

Mate and his accomplice will also be charged with forgery and they are believed to be deadly land scammers
