Rogue , businessman cum Fraudster Kenneth Njiru Njagi charged with Sh 6Million fraud in fake car business

A businessman has been charged with obtaining Sh 6 million by false pretense.

Kenneth Njiru Njagi appeared before Milimani Principal Magistrate Ben Mark Ekhubi and denied the charge.

It is alleged that Njiru obtained the money from Stephano Amanati by falsely pretending that he was in a position to assist him import a Toyota Rav4 from Japan.

The charge sheet state that he committed the offence on diverse dates between 16th December 2022 and 15th March 2023 at Kenville Motors in Westlands area within Nairobi County, with intent to defraud.
