It is never anybody’s likeness to fall ill or even being involved in an accident; they do occur naturally. This is the case of Sammy Masafu, a Bungoma musician who is currently fighting for his life at Bungoma Teaching and Referral Hospital.
According the musician in an earlier interview, he stated he was involved in a road accident which caused a small scratch on his feet. “I was transporting some chairs on my motorbike and unfortunately the motorbike fell on me causing some minor injuries on both feet”, He said. Since the injuries were petty and harmless, Sammy never sought for any medication.
The problem later persisted to an extend he was unable to walk. The musician is currently receiving treatments in Bungoma. The leg problem has now gone further to affect his stomach and as we speak Sammy is in a bad state to extend he is unable to talk.
His producer Timothy Barasa alias TYB of Legacy Studio is now appealing to Artists and well wishers to help in prayers and resources to help brother Sammy heal quickly.
