Police in Bondo, Siaya County, have arrested a young man who was caught red-handed while engaging in an unnatural act with a goat.
Kelvin Bruno Wambisa, 28, was bursted at dawn while mounting the female goat somewhere along the dingy Sevens Street of Bondo town.
“It was reported by the night patrol team that while doing patrols along the dingy Sevens Street, there attention was drawn to the loud bleats of a stray goat in town,” reads the police statement.
The officers turned to the direction of the noise and bumped onto the man while on the act.
Siaya County Police Commander Cleti Kimaiyo explained that the suspect attempted to escape during the 4:30am incident but he was pursued and restrained.
“The animal was rescued with visible injuries and the suspect place in custody,” said Kimaiyo.
The Bondo Sub County Livestock Officer has since been informed, Kimaiyo said.
