A teacher in charge of Basketball at the Nyathuna Secondary is on the spot for defiling students, forcefully kissing them and indecently touching their private parts.
Mr.John according to the reports made by students and captured within the school administration leadership has strong connection with the local authority and some officials at the Teachers Service Commission which has caused a huge hurdle for the young victims to get justice.
” He approached me when i was sent by a certain teacher in his office, he told me that i was beautiful which shocked me, one day he sent me back to his office to take a ball, when i was leaving his office he pushed me back, hugged me tight , he demanded for sex,” a female student told the school deputy headteacher.
She exposed him that, he frequently called her and demanded for sex, hugged her tight, demanded for sex and she kept on resisting.

According to a parent, John has been defiling his daughter on previous occasions.
” My daughter has been telling me on how John has been defiling, i have reported the matter to the police with no success, we have been told that he is untouchable, i want justice for my daughter and we need him charged and arrested,” he said.
A teacher from the school who wanted his name hidden told our reporter that Mr.John is an impediment to the girls rights.
According to our investigations over 10 girls have registered the complains with the school on his sex pest behaviour.
When we reached him for comment few weeks ago, John refused to receive our calls as they went unaswered
