Kenya Kwanza who doubles as National Assembly Majority Leader Kimani Ichung’wah has been restrained from publishing any defamatory remarks against City Lawyer Danstan Omari.
The order was granted by Milimani Magistrate Caroline Cheptoo Kemei who directed that Ichung’wah should not publish any defamatory information on any medium about Omari.
She said the orders shall be in force pending determination of the suit.
Ichung’wah has been given the leeway to appeal the directive.
The matter is to be mentioned on November 21 for pre-trial.
Omari sued the MP over a tweet he made allegedly saying he frequents the infamous Koinange Street.
