Healthy U 2000 Limited senior bosses Mrs. Avni Rach and CEO Kunal Rach are still silent and as sexual scandal case is set to cost their company millions of Shillings.
According to the information reaching our desks, company director Hillary Oyando has neither done nothing to save the company from losing millions that may results from the law suit nor has he been fired.
” He has not been fired, he is a deep state and we are afraid the company is going to give away millions from a law suit that has been filed in court,” said an insider, an employee of the company.
This comes after a woman has sued Healthy U 2000 Limited Company for unfairly dismissing her from job after she refused some dangerous sexual advancement of it’s DC operational Manager Hillary Oyando.
The case is being handled by one of the famous city lawyer Justus Mutunga who has won almost all the cases of sexual Harrassment and unfair dismissal.
In exclusive documents we obtained from the Employment and Labour relations court, Oyando sent some sexual disturbing messages to the woman and later fabricated some charges that led to her dismissal from work.

The lawyer on behalf of the woman now wants, the court to declare that the woman was illegally terminated, was sexually harrased by the Manager. And direct that all her salary totalling to Sh1.5Million are pad.
