A source sent us the following information regarding the Rocky Driving School Eldoret branch.
It appears that the institution is reportedly engaging in unscrupulous practices that have left many clients feeling cheated and frustrated.
According to the complainant, who wished to remain anonymous, the school has been asking for extra payments on top of the fees that they already paid.
For instance, instead of paying the standard fee of Ksh 650 for a test, the school has been asking for Ksh 800.
Similarly, the test form which should cost Ksh 1050, has been inflated to Ksh 1200.
All of these extra payments are in addition to the Ksh 20,000 that learners pay before being admitted to the driving school.
The source has also revealed that despite numerous attempts to address these issues, the administration has been unresponsive, leaving many clients feeling helpless and frustrated.
He has been trying to sit for their driving school exam since January but has been met with nothing but silence and stalling tactics.
