The immediate former Kenya Judges and Magistrates Association President Derrick Kuto has turned 42, if his social media post is something to go by.

The KMJA former senior-most official is being celebrated by his colleagues as a courageous, vibrant and hardworking individual, many thanks to his articulation of issues and his right standing in the delivery of justice in the country.

“Happy Birthday Kiongozi, you contribution can still be felt.Indeed you are our hero of all times,” a magistrate commented on his social media post.

Many of those who sent their wishes rekindled the memory in life where he tackled authorities headon as he fought for the welfare of the judicial officer.

Among things Kuto did as captured in the media include telling off former Chief Justice David Maraga over reckless and unfair suspension of members without listening to them, artculating the issue of security for the welfare of members among others.

Kenyan Mirror takes this chance to wish Hon. Kuto a happy birthday.
